Improving quality, while increasing efficiency

Several solutions are available to improve the concrete quality, durability and limiting concrete waste or leftover.​

CHRYSO®Xel & DARASET® accelerators may be used wherever it is desirable to reduce the setting time of concrete and/or to increase its early compressive and flexural strengths. This accelerators can be used in combination with EnviroMix®, ADVA®Cast Emx & Premia Emx with excellent placeability and workability properties.​

RECOVER® is used to stabilize mixer wash water and returned or leftover concrete for extended periods, allowing for use of the materials when specified or allowed. It is also used where controlled extended set of concrete is needed.​

PIERI® decorative solutions include in-form surface retarders and finish protectors that provide beautiful, consistent and long-lasting architectural finishes which result in a higher-quality finish that saves time and lasts longer.​

Improving impact resistance, durability and long-term crack control properties​

Increase project life span, reduce construction time and labor cost​

STRUX® & CHRYSO®Fiber, synthetic macro-fibers, improve impact resistance, durability and long-term crack control properties of concrete by equally distributing structural fibers throughout the entire concrete matrix. There’s no risk from corrosion, and none of the risk or job site obstruction inherent with the use of welded wire or mild steel reinforcement. STRUX® & CHRYSO®Fiber eliminate time and labor versus installing welded wire mesh (WWM). It eliminates the need to lift, carry, hoist, position, cut and tie awkward, heavy sheets or rolls of welded wire fabric (WWF) and thus helps to reduce construction time and labor cost. ​​

Examples of applications where synthetic macro-fibers can be used are slab on ground, precast element, elevated deck, tunnel liners to replace non-structural steel.​
