Pioneering low‑carbon solutions: Chryso announces key presence at ICCCSC 2026

4 February 26

Chryso is proud to announce its participation as a Sponsor of the 5th International Conference on Calcined Clays for Sustainable Concrete (ICCCSC 2026), taking place 4–6 February 2026 at the breakwater campus of the university of Cape Town, South Africa.

ICCCSC is recognized worldwide as a key forum for advancing low carbon cement and concrete technologies. The 2026 edition will gather leading researchers, engineers, cement producers, infrastructure managers, and industry partners to discuss innovations in calcined clay, low clinker cements, and sustainable construction practices.

Our presence at ICCCSC 2026 reinforces Chryso’s long standing engagement in driving innovation across the cement and concrete value chain. The event’s focus on carbon footprint reduction, performance evaluation, and future applications of calcined clays aligns perfectly with our strategic priorities and our commitment to supporting the industry’s decarbonization roadmap.
During the conference, Mpume Mlalazi, General Manager, R&D and Innovation will deliver a technical presentation “Pioneering LC3 Deployment” highlighting new performance enhancing cement additives and admixture technologies specifically designed for calcined clay based binders.

This contribution reflects our dedication to sharing cutting edge know how with the scientific and industrial community, supporting the broader adoption of sustainable binder systems.
We look forward to engaging with partners, researchers, and industry peers at ICCCSC 2026.

Visitors will have the opportunity to meet our teams on our booth and explore how Chryso technologies are helping shape the future of low carbon construction.
We are excited to contribute to this global platform and to continue advancing sustainable concrete innovation.
