Diaphragm walls require long workability retention concrete, excellent pumpability and no bleeding. CHRYSO®Optima 1000 technology enables the production and placement of concrete matching all these requirements : over 9H flat workability retention and no bleeding. Used for the construction of over 75 m depth diaphragm walls on the Grand Paris Express, Optima 1000 demonstrated its reliability and performance over 580 000 m3 of diaphragm wall dedicated concrete on this prestigious project.

Waterproofing solutions

Preprufe® waterproofing membrane has a 25 year, 75 million m2 successful track record of protecting critical underground metro station boxes across the world. Preprufe® membrane bonds to structural concrete, giving lifetime protection against groundwater, gas and chemically contaminated soil. Cold-applied, dual-adhesive overlaps provide superior safe performance in all site conditions.
INTEGRITANK® is a fully reactive elastomeric, cold spray-applied waterproofing system designed to outlast the design life of the tunnel. It is quick and easy to apply even around details, corners and penetrations, and provides a tough, durable, fully bonded membrane which is resistant to backfill and hydrostatic pressure. INTEGRITANK® can be electrically tested post application and prior to backfill.
PREPRUFE® pre-applied waterproofing membranes combined with INTEGRITANK® or BITUTHENE® post-applied membranes provide a fully integrated solution to achieve completely dry underground spaces.
